Refund policy

All customers are welcome to return products for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving them, and receive a refund within 14 days of the items being returned. The customer does not need to provide a reason for the return. 

All customers have a right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched and after it has been dispatched as above.

All orders customers must pay for the return postage and products must be in sealed condition.

We take full liability for any lost or damaged product that is lost or damaged in transit and is fully insured with Royal Mail.
